Rachelle joined Monash Health in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for Procurement, Logistics, Internal Audit, and Financial Services.

Since becoming the Chief Financial Officer at Monash Health in 2021, Rachelle has also assumed the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Her duties include overseeing Procurement, Logistics, Internal Audit, Financial Services, Capital and Facilities Management, Enterprise Risk, Enterprise Project Management, Transformation and Reform, and Sustainability. With a solid history of achievements and a wealth of experience across various sectors, including public health, she focuses on continuous improvement, particularly in enhancing reporting and decision-making processes within the organisation.

Before her time at Monash Health, Rachelle was the Executive Director of Finance at Peninsula Health, where she offered essential insights and commercial advice to aid the organization’s strategic goals. Her professional background includes holding senior finance positions at Alfred Health, Melbourne Water, and RACV, where she managed large teams responsible for delivering financial, payroll, and revenue services, as well as procurement and supply initiatives. With a strategic and collaborative leadership approach, she is committed to building high-performing teams and advancing organizational priorities through effective partnerships.

Rachelle also served on the VIFM Council, which was the VIFM’s prior governing body.
