The Division of Clinical Forensic Medicine is able to provide medico-legal advice and opinions on a range of fields. These include:

- adult and child physical and sexual assault
- clinical pharmacology (alcohol, drugs and driving skills)
- custodial medicine
- medico-legal issues
- hospital medicine
- general practice
- emergency medicine
- electrical engineering and its application to medicine
